The object of the above entitled action is for John Michael Isaiah James to legally change his/her name to John Michael Isaiah James Maywood James. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of John Michael Isaiah James to John Michael Isaiah Maywood James.
A hearing shall be on the 7th day of April, 2021 at 10:30 am o’clock before the Honorable Judge Michael J. Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
