RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of April, 2021 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone 4 acres of property upon the application of Gary Clay for the purpose of a Maintenance Garage to be used for his business. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R2) Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (I1) Industrial. The property to be affected is located off Fiji Drive, Stanaford, Town District, Tax Map 600-5, Part of Parcel 26, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by April 14th, 2021, will be considered.
