Notice is hereby given that Midland Trail Resources, LLC, 100 Bill Baker Way, Beckley, WV 25801 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Mining and Reclamation (DMR) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. I073300 located near Rupert in Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until 04/29/2021, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
