AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that CFOAM LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a Carbon Foam Research and Development Facility located on 247 Wickman Avenue, Triadelphia, in Ohio County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: UTM Northing 531,653, UTM Easting 4,433,743, Zone 17.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOx tons/yr 7.9E-04
CO tons/yr. 0.40
H2S tons/yr. 0.10
SO2 tons/yr. 18.9
VOC tons/yr. 0.21
PM/PM10 tons/yr. 0.18
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 18th day of June, 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
