The condition of the

has been appointed
Special Commissioner to
sell Real Estate under a
decree rendered at the
term, of the Wetzel
County Circuit Court, in
the case Richmond v.
Richmond, and to collect
and disburse the funds
arising therefrom.
Now, if the said Eric M.
Gordon Esquire shall
faithfully discharge the
duties by said decree,as
such Commissioner, then
the above obligation to be
voided; else to remain full
force and virtue.
