ONLINE MARKETING SERVICES CONTRACT
Sealed bids for online marketing services on the West Liberty University’s campus will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until 3:00 PM on April 27, 2021. Bids will be opened publicly on 4/28/2021 at 10:00 on the West Liberty University campus in the Shaw Hall 2nd Floor East conference room and read aloud at the same time.
