Notice to Vendors and Physicians
The Board of Education of the County of Berkeley, Martinsburg, WV, will
receive sealed bids by written proposal for the
following items: CDL physicals, propane,
unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, diesel
exhaust fluid (DEF), windshield washer,
antifreeze, motor oil,
batteries, transmission fluid, and tires. Bid specifications are available by calling 304-267-3575. Please contact Donna Miller for official bid sheets.
The sealed bids will be
accepted until 10:00 a.m., local prevailing time on the 1st day of June 2021, at the office of the
Berkeley County Board of Education,
1453 Winchester Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All sealed bids should be marked “Transportation” to the attention of Donna Miller.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
