SOLICITING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST The West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide engineering services to BRIM with regards to matters relating to BRIM’s first party property insurance and underground coal mine subsidence insurance program, as specifically relating to investigation of property insurance and coal mine subsidence insurance claims. Submissions are due in BRIM’s offices in Charleston, WV by 2:00 p.m. on May 14, 2021. Only sealed envelopes, clearly marked as required by the EOI, will be accepted. No changes in submissions will be entertained by BRIM. BRIM retains the right to reject any or all submissions.
