Notice of Application
Notice is given that Triad Hunter, LLC has applied to the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit
Modification for a natural gas production facility
(WVDNR PAD NO.6) located in Wetzel County, WV.
From Jacksonburg, WV travel CR 8/2 (Buffalo Run Rd.)
for 2.5 miles. Turn right onto the wellfield access road
and travel 1.8 miles to the wellpad.

39.505258, -80.657496
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 4.84 tons/yr
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 4.07 tons/yr
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 5.92 tons/yr
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.03 tons/yr
Particulate Matter (PM) 0.37 tons/yr
Benzene 0.01 tons/yr
Ethylbenzene 0.00 tons/yr
Formaldehyde 0.00 tons/yr
n-Hexane 0.33 tons/yr
Toluene 0.01 tons/yr
Xylenes 0.01 tons/yr
Methane 0.12 tons/yr
CO2 Equivalent 5,812 tons/yr
Operations are planned to begin on or about July 6,
2021. Written comments will be received by the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days
from the date of publication of this notice.
