NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 10th day of May, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, Lilah Paige Sears, by her mother. Christy Whitely will appear before the Honorable Robert Burnside, Judge of the Circuit Court, Raleigh County Courthouse, Beckley, West Virginia, and bring on for hearing at that time a Petition for Name Change. Any person having an interest therein may appear to protect his or her interest.
This matter may be continued from the date and time of the said hearing for good cause shown without further publication.
