It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff Erin Ledsome has exercised due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of Defendant Tamela Stephenson, and that Defendant Tamela Stephenson cannot be found, it is hereby ORDERED that service by publication be permitted upon Defendant Tamela Stephenson pursuant to W. Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(C); and it is further ORDERED that Defendant Tamela Stephenson must appear and serve upon Plaintiff Erin Ledsome’s counsel, Lia DiTrapano Fairless of the DiTrapano Law Firm, LC, whose address is 604 Virginia Street East, Suite 307, Charleston, West Virginia 25301 and Elizabeth G.
