INVITATION TO BID
The Marion County Board of Education, Fairmont, WV is soliciting a Request for Sealed Bids for Bread and Bakery Products commencing August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022 with two possible contract extensions. The existing Bread and Bakery Product contract expires on July 31, 2021. The county reserves the right to modify the project as deems necessary. This Sealed Bid and the winning bidder’s response shall become an integral part of the Child Nutrition Program. The scope of service, submission requirements and the basis for the award are contained in the Bid Document. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for at least ninety days. No responses will be accepted after the posted closing time. Additional requirements are detailed in the Bid Document. Sealed bids will be publicly opened on June 10th at 9:15 at the Marion County Board of Education, Office of Child Nutrition, 500 11th Street, Fairmont, WV 26554. Proposals may be obtained by contacting Terri Atha at 304-367-2106. All proposals that will be hand delivered or mailed to the public meeting are due on June 10, 2021 by 9:15 a.m. to Terri Atha at Marion County BOE, Child Nutrition, 500 11th St., Fairmont, WV 26554.
