Notice to Creditors, Distributees & Legatees I have before me the proposed final settlement of estates of the following deceased persons, which shall be presented to the County Commission of Kanawha County, at the Courthouse, in the City of Charleston, West Virginia on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 5:00 for their approval which settlement have been presented to me by the Fiduciary of such estate and which proposed settlements I have approved as indicated below; Estate: Robin Brown Fiduciary: Thomas Washington as Administrator Estate: Larry E. Any persons having an interest in the estate of any such person, may appear before the County Commission at the time and place hereinabove specified and thereupon protect their interest as they may appear or else may forever thereafter be barred from asserting such interest.
