Application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity for the internal modifications at coal fired generating plants necessary to comply with federal environmental regulations and surcharge. PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN EVIDENTIARY HEARING DATES NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Service Commission of West Virginia will conduct an Evidentiary Hearing in Case No. 20-1012-E-P on June 3, 2021 beginning at 9:30 a.m. and continuing on June 4, 2021, if necessary. This hearing was previously scheduled to begin on June 8, 2021. The Public Comment Hearing in Case No. 20-1012-E-P will be conducted by videoconference on June 8, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. as previously scheduled. Instructions for how to participate in the Public Comment Hearing will be posted on the Commission website: www.psc.state.wv.us by June 1, 2021. The Commission will conduct an Evidentiary Hearing in Case No. 20-1040-E-CN on June 8, 2021 beginning immediately following the Public Comment Hearing in Case No. 20-1012-E-P. This Evidentiary Hearing will continue on June 9, 2021, if necessary. The Public Comment Hearing in Case No. 20-1040-E-CN will be conducted by videoconference on June 2, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. as previously scheduled.
