NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING
REPEAL OF ARTICLE 1317.03(0) AND AMENDMENT OF
ARTICLE 1331.02(b)
OF THE TOWN ORDINANCE
The Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing on the 22nd day of June 2021, at 4:00 p.m. regarding the REPEAL of article 1317.03(0) which is prohibited lunch wagons and diners except on fixed and permanent foundations and required approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals, and upon the AMENDMENT of Article 1331.02(b) to provide that Food Trucks and Food Trailers are not to be considered fast food establishments in the Historic District of Town.
