RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of July, 2021 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Donald Ward for the purpose of a Residential Sub-division (Still Meadow Phase II). The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (R2) Residential. The property contains 6.9 acres, and is located off of Still Meadow Lane, Shady Spring WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 200-3, Parcel 28 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
