REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids for one residential structural elevation project. Project is located in White Sulphur Springs. The project includes raising the structure, extending CMU foundation, constructing new ingress/egress, relocating utilities, etc. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 12, 2021, 9:00am, GCHSEM office, 171 Arbuckle Ln, Maxwelton. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid. Bids will be accepted at the GCHSEM office until 4:30pm, July 23, 2021. All bids submitted will be opened at the Commission meeting on July 27, 2021. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Information for Bidders and other related documents will be available at the pre-bid conference. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening.
