This application has been submitted for Transfer, assignment or sale on permit no U301206 from to FRASURE CREEK MINING, LLC, P O BOX 100, 137 1/2 E MAIN ST, OAK HILL, WV 25901.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by July 31, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
