You are hereby notified that your parental rights to A.T.A., if any, may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Mercer County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioners, Patricia J. DiFranco and Legal Aid of West Virginia, 1519 North Walker St., Princeton, WV 24740.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on the 13th day of September, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Mercer County Circuit Court, 1501 Main Street, Princeton, West Virginia, before the Honorable William J. Sadler.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
