Notice is hereby given that RESOURCES LIMITED, LLC, 301 WASHINGTON, ST W, , CHARLESTON, WV 25302 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 122 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number S300505 to Coal Surface Mine in the Sewell seam of coal.

The operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of Floyd Creek and/of Manns Creek of New River and is located 2 miles, southeast of Clifftop in New Haven District of Fayette County, Longitude 80o 54′ 54″ and Latitude 37o 59′ 8″ (coordinates form USGS Topographic Map).
