There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the 911 center located at 100 Emergency Lane, Winfield WV 25213 on July 15th at 11am at which time bid specs and review of project will be discussed. Sealed Bids will be opened by the County Commission, during regular session of the Putnam County Commission meeting 5:30pm July 29th, 2021, at 12093 Winfield Road Winfield WV 25213.
