ORDER OF PUBLICATION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is for the adoption of Kyson River Bolen (DOB: 04/23/2020) by petitioners Shawn and Amanda Arnold. The granting of this adoption would result in the Termination of Parental Rights.
It appearing that the whereabouts of any Unknown, Unnamed Father, or of anyone claiming paternity of the infant child, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED any Unknown, Unnamed Father or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of the infant child, appear in the Office of the Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick, III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for an Adoption Hearing, on July 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition for Adoption, otherwise the adoption may be granted and the parental rights of the father and mother terminated.
Further, it is hereby ORDERED that any Unknown, Unnamed Father, or anyone claiming paternity of Kyson River Bolen (DOB: 04/23/2020), be advised of his right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said child unto the petitioners.
