The Ohio County Commission is accepting bids for the following project:

RENOVATIONS
Sealed bids will be received until FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2021 at 1:30PM/EST at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. A CD containing PDF’s of all Bid Documents may be obtained through the office of the Architect, Greco- Madama Joint Venture, 57 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 upon receipt of a $25.00 nonrefundable payment and valid email address. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003 and clearly noted on the envelope as a bid for Ohio County Courthouse Portico Renovations. A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid is required. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held FRIDAY, JULY 16, 2021 at 9:00AM/EST at the office of Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 215, Wheeling, WV 26003.
