NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BOONE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Juvenile Abuse Neglect No. CC-03-2020-JA-118 IN THE INTEREST OF: E. H. DOB: 08/19/2020 Adult Respondents: Vanessa Stiltner Preston Harkless Unknown Father ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above listed child is abused or neglected. It appears that the father’s whereabouts, are unknown in Boone County. Notice is hereby given that a hearing in the above styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court on the 19h day of July 2021, at 2:15 PM, before Judge William S. Thompson at the Boone County Courthouse, located at 200 State Street in Madison, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Preston Harkless or Unknown father of E.H. (DOB 08/19/2020), has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. The mother of this Child is Vanessa Stiltner. The above styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of Preston Harkless or Unknown father of E.H., with respect to the said child, or any other person who claims to be the father of this child.
