Notice of Availability 2050 West Virginia Multimodal Long-Range Transportation Plan The West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) is in the process of conducting a study to develop its new 30-year long-range transportation plan, called the 2050 Multimodal Long-Range Transportation Plan (WVLRTP). WVDOT advises the public that the 2050 WVLRTP is available for the public to review. The WVLRTP is the statewide multimodal long-range transportation plan that will help guide future transportation policies and investments. The WVLRTP will provide a 30-year blueprint to fund and improve the preservation, management, and expansion of West Virginia’s multimodal transportation system. The public is invited to review and comment on the 2050 West Virginia Multimodal Long-Range Transportation Plan. The comment period is open from July 20, 2021 to September 3, 2021. The West Virginia Department of Transportation will, upon request, provide reasonable accommodations including auxiliary aids and services necessary to afford an individual with a disability an equal opportunity to participate in our services, programs, and activities.
