NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Municipal Planning Commission of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in the Conference Room of the City Services Center on the first floor of the Municipal Parking Building at 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV, on the following: Rezoning: Bill No. 7917 amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, enacted the 1st day of January 2006, as amended, and the map made a part thereof, by rezoning from a R-4 Single Family Residential District to a R-6 Medium Density Residential District, that certain parcel of land located at 808 Hendrix Avenue being Charleston West District, Map 10, Parcel 117, Charleston, West Virginia. Rezoning: Bill No. 7918 amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Charleston, West Virginia, enacted the 1st day of January 2006, as amended, and the map made a part thereof, by rezoning from the R-6: Medium Density Residential to the R-4: Single Family Residential zoning district three district areas within and adjacent to the Woodbridge Subdivision, as shown on the attached maps included as Exhibits A, B, & C, Charleston, West Virginia.
