(DOB: 9/12/17) may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Greenbrier County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioner at PO Box 108 Rupert, WV 25984.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on August 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. before the Hon. Robert E. Richardson, Judge, in the Greenbrier County Courthouse, 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, West Virginia.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
