The object of the above entitled action is a partition proceeding concerning a 12.6 acre tract situate on Pax Branch, Plateau District, Fayette County, W. Va. and a 9000 square foot tract adjoining, all as situate in Plateau District, Fayette County, W. Va., shown on Assessor’s Map 43 as Parcels 98 and 122, respectively.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the existence and whereabouts of all of the heirs, legatees and devisees of Ora Davis, decreased (except for Irene Davis) are unknown to Plaintiff.
it is ordered that the Defendants do serve upon Erwin L. Conrad, c/o Conrad and Conrad, PLLC, plaintiff attorney, whose address is P. O. Drawer 958, Fayetteville, W. Va., an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before July 21, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
