REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Project Owner: Friends of the Cheat, INC Job: Albright Power Station Dam Removal – Feasibility Study & Preliminary Design – Request For Qualifications (RFQ) Friends of the Cheat’s (FOC) Implementation Team (IT) is advertising this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain and evaluate the experience and capabilities of organizations that are interested in developing, implementing, monitoring, managing, and communicating a Scope of Work that encompasses critical work items to make progress towards the removal of the Albright Power Station Dam on the Cheat River. The IT will be implementing a Qualifications Based Selection. A mandatory conference call for all interested in submitting an SOQ package will be held Monday August 16th, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 EST. Critical details can be found in the full RFQ document. Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) meeting criteria outlined in the full RFQ document will be accepted by the IT at Friends of the Cheat, 1343 North Preston Highway in Kingwood, WV 26537 until 4:00 pm EST on Tuesday August 31st, 2021. FOC will evaluate the SOQ packages to identify the firm(s) most highly qualified to perform the work.
