Prime Contract Bidders may contact Tower Engineering, Inc., and request Bidding Documents in PDF format. Contractors, Subcontractors, material suppliers and dealers may obtain Bidding Documents from Tristate Signs and Reprographics Inc. in PDF format or paper by paying a fee for PDFs or the cost of printing, binding, and shipping for paper documents; however, such cost is not refundable. All Bidders MUST attend the prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Should a Bidder fail to attend, the Bid will be disqualified. Subcontractors and material suppliers are encouraged to attend the prebid meeting.

SUBMITTING BIDS: Sealed Bids will be received by the OWNER at the following location until 3:00 PM, LPT, September 2, 2021, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders:

Special Instructions for Delivering Bids:
1. Most WV Community and Technical College System employees are working from home, as a result, access to most offices is limited. Bids may be delivered as described in Items 2 and 3 below.
2. UPS and Federal Express: UPS and FedEx drivers will deliver bids to the mail room at the address above.
3. Hand Delivered Bids (to the address below): The Chief Procurement Officer will be at the office to receive and open hand delivered bids from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, EDST, September 2, 2021.
