FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for ROOFING RENOVATIONS on the WEST LIBERTY UNIVERSITY MAIN HALL will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until September 8th, 2021 at 1:15 PM. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same time. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on August 25th, 2021 at 10:00 AM the West Liberty University Myers Maintenance Center. The purpose of this meeting is to review the specification and site conditions. Contractors failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to bid. Copies of the specifications will be provided at the pre-bid meeting.
The character and amount of security to be furnished by each bidder are stated in the above mentioned contract documents. Participating contractors must be able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
All bidders must hold a current West Virginia contractor’s license on the date of the Bid Opening.
All applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
