INVITATION FOR BIDS CHARLESTON KANAWHA HOUSING FY 2020 Capital Fund Program Contract 21-02 New Fire Alarm Systems Lee, Jarrett ,Carroll & Lippert Terrace CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its 2020 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM CONTRACT 21-02, FIRE ALARMS AT LEE, JARRETT , CARROLL & LIPPERT TERRACE until 2:00 PM EST on the 7th day of October 2021, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of complete replacement of the existing fire alarm systems for modernization. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in fire alarm system projects.
