IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-61 DANIELLE BALLATO, biological mother of infant M.B., whose date of birth is April 4, 2013 and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant M.B., whose date of birth is April 4, 2013, natural child of Danielle Ballato.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by UNKNOWN FATHER of infant M.B., whose date of birth is April 4, 2013.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant M.B., whose date of birth is April 4, 2013. It is ORDERED that UNKNOWN FATHER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of September, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for the Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights UNKNOWN FATHER of infant M.B., whose date of birth is April 4, 2013, may be terminated.
