The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 327 Burgess Street, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above-named respondent(s) is/are unlawfully occupying such property as tenants(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit or Unknown Residency filed in this action that due dilience has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Kaitlin Norman and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Kaitlin Norman do serve upon Richard D. Jones, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before September 23,2021 @ 7:30 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Kaitlin Norman at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
