Also, to obtain possession of the property located at 5289 Dalewood Dr. Unit 628, Cross Lanes, WV 25313. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the County in which the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that Tonya Summerfield do serve upon Kanawha County Magistrate Court, magistrate, whose address is 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days from service date, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Tonya Summerfield at any time thereafter.
