9:30 AM, Local Time
Tuesday, September 28
And at that time and place
will be publicly opened
and read aloud.
The Work includes
installation of steel beams
to reinforce the
Courthouse bell tower
access stairs, as well as
replacing the guard railing
along the stairs.
The BID DOCUMENTS
are on file at the above

Bid Documents will be

Each Bid must be
accompanied by either a
bid bond in an amount of
5% of the Bid amount or

cashier’s check in the

The successful bidder will
be required to provide a
performance and payment
bond for 100% of the
contract price.
The Owner reserves the
right to waive irregularities
and to reject any and all
bids.
