RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, on Thursday, the 16th day of September, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing on the application of Tommy Taylor of 742 Mercer Street, Princeton, WV, for a VARIANCE to operate a tattoo and fine art studio at 1234 East Main Street, Princeton, WV, in the Residential (R-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 15, Parcel 40).
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a tattoo and fine art studio in the Residential (R-2) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizens may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
