The Ohio County Commission is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified vendors, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors for the following project:
MASTER SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR SERVICES (MSI), HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The scope of the HVAC Replacement project will include systems integration of the following existing and planned Operational Technologies (OT) at the Ohio County Courthouse building, as follows: Building Management System (Controls), RESET Air IAQ/OAQ, Weather Station, Utility Energy and Water Metering, Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, Elevator, Generator, Enterprise Networks (Telephone, Data, Wi-Fi) Potential future integration of existing and planned OT at the Ohio County Courthouse may include: Security/Access Control/ CCTV, Density Analytics/ Occupancy & Vacancy Controls, PV Array, Space Management, CMMS, etc. A complete description of the project and requirements of this RFQ is available by calling the office of Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Room 215, Wheeling, WV 26003.
