REQUEST FOR BIDS:
INSTALLATION OF
PAVILION
The M-BC Parks &
Recreation Board will be accepting sealed bids until 12:00PM Noon prevailing time on Friday, October 1, 2021 for the installation of one all-metal pavilion within the City of Martinsburg. Building permits and all material to construct the pavilion will be provided by the M-BCP&R Board, excluding the concrete necessary for the footers, pavilion slab and sidewalks. Any concrete necessary to complete the project should be part of your bid total. Any
subcontractors must be approved by M-BCP&R Board.
Installer must be licensed with the City of
Martinsburg and State of WV. Installer or any
subcontractors must provide liability coverage, as well as workman’s
compensation for any and all workers involved with this project.

All bids should be sent or hand-delivered to the M-BCP&R Board at the address mentioned above.
The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks & Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
