PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled cause is to change the name of Ethan James Huff. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Megan Elizabeth Huff and Ryan Douglas Huff have filed a petition in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, requesting a change of name of their son from Ethan James Huff to Griffin James Huff; that said action is brought pursuant to Chapter 48, Article 25, Section 101, et seq., of the West Virginia Code; and that the application for change of name will be made in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, on the 14th day of September 2021. It is, therefore, accordingly
ORDERED that any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name of Ethan James Huff to Griffin James Huff or who knows of any reason why this change of name should be granted may appear on the 14th day of September, 2021, at 10:45 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and shall be heard in opposition to such requested change. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the udnersigned Clerk at her office.
