NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 5th of October 2021 the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing via a WebEx Event on the request for Site Plan approval from The Salvation Army, owner, ZMM Architects and Engineers, agent, to construct a new building at 2871 Robert C Byrd Drive (Tax Map 28, Parcels 50 & 52) to house an assembly, offices, classrooms and gymnasium in a B-2, General Commercial Business District. Tax Map 28, Parcels 48 & 49 are zoned R-3 and will be parking and green space.
The public may join the meeting from their computer or phone using the weblink or phone number provided on the City’s webpage or Facebook page the day of the Planning Commission meeting.
