NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 13, 2013, executed by Timothy E. Ashley, unto J. Michael Anderson, Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 715, at Page 455, the makers of the note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on June 5, 2015, at 1:00 PM of that day at the front door of the courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
The two following described tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Meadow Bluff District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO. ONE: Beginning at a stake at corner of garage, original corner to Lot No. 2, and with original line margin of road S 79-1/2 E 100 feet to fence post at corner of yard; thence S 10-1/2 W 80 feet to a stake in lot above wire fence; thence N 79-1/2 W about 95 feet to a stake on outside line of Lot No. 2 and with same North 82 feet to the beginning, containing about 7800 feet and being a former part of Lot No. 2 as mentioned in a deed from C. L. McClung and Amanda McClung, his wife, to Robert McClung, said deed bearing date the 16th of July 1921 and of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 99, at page 139.
TRACT NO. TWO: Beginning at a stake corner to Robert McClung N 79-30 W 18 poles to rock pile at road and with road S 31 E 16-2/3 poles, S 77-45 E 4-1/9 poles to stake corner to McClung, and with N 23 W 13-1/2 poles to the beginning and containing one acre.
And being the same property conveyed unto Timothy E. Ashley, by deed dated May 9, 2013, from Eric Thompson, single, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 557 at Page 367.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand paid on day of sale subject to all unpaid property taxes, restrictive covenants, reservations and easements.
