Kerns serve upon Eric Wayne Robertson, Petitioner, whose address is PO Box 403, Romney, WV 26757, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before June 26, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
