SAMANTHA MYLEA NICOLE PLUMLEY to SAMANTHA MYLEA NICOLE SALVATORE.
Please take notice that Samantha Mylea Nicole Plumley has petitioned the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia for change of name to Samantha Mylea Nicole Salvatore. Anyone interested in or having objections to the same, shall appear at the date and time of hearing set forth below to make said objection.
A hearing will be held before the Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick III, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on October 13, 2021, at 1:30 p.m.
