Now comes the Petitioner, Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to reform the deed of trust and remove cloud on title in regard to the subject real estate more commonly known as: 2063 Flat Top Road, Ghent, West Virginia 25843.
It is ordered that Respondents Richard L. Chambers, Jr. and Doris A. Chambers, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against your at any time thereafter.
