NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice in hereby given of the authority vested in the undersigned, Walton S. Shepherd, III, Substitute Trustee, by that certain deed of trust made by Andrew McMillion and Michelle McMillion, his wife, executed on the 28th day of June, 2011, of record in the Office of the County Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 3807 at page 207 in favor of Oscar J. McClung and Mary McClung, his wife, default having been made in the terms of the indebtedness therein secured and the holder and owner of the note thereby secured has elected to treat the whole principal debt thereby secured as thereupon immediately due and payable. The said Walton S. Shepherd, III, as Substitute Trustee, having been thereunto required in writing by the said Mary McClung, being the owner(s) and holder(s) of the note, will on the 8th day of November, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. o’clock at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse, Kanawha County, West Virginia (Virginia Street entrance) in Charleston, West Virginia, to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, the real property described in said deed of trust, situate in Malden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, to-wit: BEING all of Lot Nine (9) as shown upon a map of S. D. Williams Subdivision, Malden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, by J. H. Milam, Reg. CEEM, recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 13 at page 104, and situate in Malden District, Kanawha County, West Virginia. Being the same property which was conveyed unto the said Oscar J. McClung by deed dated the 22nd day of March, 1982, from Beulah McClung, widow, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1997 at page 655. This sale shall be made subject to any reservations, exceptions and conditions contained in any prior deed in the chain of title, and further subject to all unpaid taxes and special assessments, the purchaser assuming payment thereof.
