The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Oak Hill Clinic Corp. dba Plateau Medical Group (PMG), Oak Hill, Raleigh County, CON File #21-4-12270-P, for the operation of an existing ambulatory care center owned and operated by PMG, located at 211 W. Maple Avenue, Suite A, Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia and the expansion of this existing location through the lease of additional adjacent office space with a current address of 131 W. Maple Avenue, Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $425,000.
