ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Cabell County Public Library (Hereinafter referred to as Owner) invites qualified vendors to submit sealed bids to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for the Furniture and Equipment for the New Barboursville Branch Library, 749 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and this Advertisement for Bids. Bidders are invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner, in care of Director Judy Rule, Cabell County Public Library, 455 Ninth Street, Huntington WV 25701, on or before 2:00 pm, October 26, 2021, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud in the Third Floor Conference Room. Bidders will be required to submit offer under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
