Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70?D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (CHAD GLAUSER) located in Ohio County, WV.
From I-70 in Wheeling, WV, take exit 5, (Elm Grove and Triadelphia) and turn left onto US 40 (National Road) after exiting from I-70. Travel approximately 0.15 miles to Kruger Street and turn left. (There is a McDonald’s restaurant on the corner of this intersection). After turning left onto Kruger Street, travel approximately 0.12 miles to Lounez Avenue and turn left. Lounez Avenue becomes CR 23 (Stone Church Road) at the Key Avenue/Lounez Avenue intersection which is about 0.13 miles after turning off of Kruger. There is a YMCA on one corner and St. Vincent De Paul school on the other. Bear right at the first stop sign to continue onto CR 23. Well pad access road will be on the left and approximately 4.30 miles from the Kruger/Lounez intersection

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
