In accordance with the job description and specifications as included in the Bid Packet. Interested parties are encouraged to obtain a Bid Packet, these will be available in the Bluefield Code Enforcement Department located at 200 Rogers St Bluefield WV 24701. For any questions please contact the Bluefield Code Enforcement Director at 304-327-2401 Ext. 2457. Bids will be accepted until the date of Friday November 5th 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Bid openings will take place in the Bluefield Municipal Building at 3:00 P.M. on this same date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on at 2 p.m. November 3RD 2021 in the City Boardroom located at 200 Rogers St Bluefield WV to address any concerns. The City of Bluefield will afford full opportunity for minority business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
